Installed to extend my zigbee range for some door sensors, as well as monitor the power usage of my gas dryer to know when the laundry is ready. Very fast response and precise readings at lower power, it can consistently tell the difference of 0 to 2W when the door is open so the light comes on. Instant pairing and no issues after a few months. It does default to off if the power goes out, couldn't figure out how to configure that from HA. I don't use it for switching the dryer load but in theory this is one of the few meant to handle that kind of load.

Works and responds very fast.

I really like these recepticals, I got them to control a block heater for a vehicle & a lamp to keep water lines in a shed from freezing. You can remotly control them and see how many watts are going thru them. They have worked perfectly.

I tried two other supposed “Matter compatible” outlets for my Home Assistant system. They were both highly unreliable complete failures. These Aqara outlets require a hub. More money, but they work flawlessly. Do yourself a favor and spend the money to avoid the frustration of unreliable “smart” outlets.

I have a few Aqara products in my home, they work with all smart home hubs.
