The Aqara Rewards Hub is a Aqara Points-based program through which our customers earn Aqara Points on Aqara Store (us.aqara.com) (excludes, but is not limited to, other third parties or retailers like Amazon, eBay, Walmart, etc.) Your Aqara Points unlock member benefits and can be redeemed for rewards. Just another way for us to say thank you to our customers and show how much we appreciate your loyalty.
Anyone over 13 in the EU or over 14 in the US (or another age required by local law) can join the program.
If you already sign up an account on us.aqara.com , you are already enrolled. You can log in to your existing account. If you do not have an account with us.aqara.com , register an Aqara account now.
No, the Aqara Rewards Hub is free to join.
Rewards, benefits and A+Credits earned through Aqara Points Rewards have no cash value, and cannot be transferred to someone else.
No. Aqara Points accumulated on different accounts by different members may not be combined or aggregated to make purchases of products or for any other reason.

Members earn Aqara Points at us.aqara.com and on the Aqara online store Members must be logged in to their Aqara account at the time of purchase or during other rewardable actions.
Aqara Points will generally be added to your account within 24 hours. For purchases on shop.aqara.com , Aqara Points will wait in your account until your order has shipped. Pending Aqara Points cannot be redeemed.

Yes. Your accumulated Aqara Points earned before our program officially launched will expire one year later. Aqara Points earned after our Program launch date will expire one year after the date they are unlocked. Your expired Aqara Points would be deducted from your account.
You will receive Aqara Points:
1. At the time of account registration. Registration can only be rewarded once.
2. When your purchased qualifying products are shipped.
Friend(s) made purchases through your referral link on Aqara Shop.
3. Earn Aqara Points on your birthday date.
4. Earn Aqara Points by leaving a product review on the Aqara Shop.
5. Build social following to receive rewarding points for a follow.
6. Other rewardable actions.
Calculation of Aqara Points excludes payment by the Member for all taxes, including without limitation, federal, state, and local taxes or use taxes.
But you can use it to redeem limit shipping benefits.
Aqara Points will not be earned on any discounts or other credits offered in connection with a product or service.
Any product that is returned or any order that is canceled will reverse or decrease the Aqara Points you received from that purchase. Aqara Points would be deducted for partial refunds caused by price adjustments.
Once you have logged into your Aqara Points account, head to our "Redeem Aqara Points Rewards" section. Choose the product and click “REDEEM NOW”. Then fill in the shipping form and submit your request.
1. Check the order number of your redeemed products in the "My Orders" section. Click the order number to go to "My Account" page and track your parcel delivery satus.
2. You will receive the order confirmation email after redemption. Once the redeemed products ships out, you will receive the shipping notification email with the tracking number.
3. Please head to https://us.aqara.com /pages/track-order and enter your order number or tracking number for more info.
If the products you ordered do not meet the free shipping conditions, you may be required to pay the corresponding shipping fee.
No, once you confirm your redemption, you cannot cancel, return, or exchange the product. Please double-check before you confirm the redemption. If products arrive damaged, please contact Customer Service at contact@aqara.com within 7 days.
