• It’s necessary to update the Thermostat Hub W200 firmware and the Aqara Home app version to the latest before testing.

• The Thermostat Hub W200 is compatible with 24V HVAC systems and works with furnaces, ACs (2H/2C), heat pumps (2H/2C + 2-stage AUX), boilers, PTACs, and fan coil units (3 fan speeds). The Aqara Thermostat Hub W200 is not compatible if your system has any of the following terminals:

• If your existing thermostat does not have a C terminal, a C-wire adapter is strongly recommended to ensure a stable power supply. We will provide one with the sample.

• To bind other devices to the Thermostat Hub W200, please 1) Add the required "Screen Layout" in "My Screen" on the device details page in the Aqara Home APP.
  2) Press on the corresponding screen layout, press the "+" sign to configure the required devices, scenes, services, etc.
• To link the Aqara G410 doorbell to the Thermostat Hub W200, first, 1) add your Aqara doorbell or door lock to your account. 2) Go to the Thermostat Hub W200 device details page, scroll down to find "Screen Configuration", and add the associated doorbell event push. 3) Select the associated doorbell and door lock.

The functions, performance, and overall presentation of the Early Access product may differ significantly from the final commercial release. The payment of $29.99 USD (or the equivalent local currency based on the transaction exchange rate at the time of purchase) grants you this Early Access qualification; however, this payment does NOT constitute a purchase of the final commercial product. The $29.99 USD collected for this activity is an "Early Access Fee," intended to provide you with the opportunity for early trial and participation in the evaluation. As the product is still in the pre-launch optimization stage, the final commercial version (if officially released) may differ from the Early Access product in terms of features, performance, design, packaging, or included accessories.

By purchasing this experience qualification, you confirm and voluntarily accept these potential limitations. You understand and agree that the Early Access product is not a fully mature, commercially released product, and the risks associated with using the Early Access product are borne solely by you. Aqara shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from the aforementioned limitations.

Applicable Regions:

This Early Access program is only available to users in the following countries/regions: United States (US), Canada. Users outside these regions are not eligible to participate, and Aqara reserves the right to cancel orders from ineligible regions without prior notice. Notwithstanding the foregoing, certain areas within these countries may not yet be open for the purchase of the Early Access qualification. The system will indicate whether your address is within a deliverable zone after you enter your shipping information. Aqara reserves the right to cancel any orders from non-deliverable areas or unqualified participants without prior notice.

The delivery time, logistics methods, and delivery schedules for the Early Access product may differ from those of standard retail products. They are subject to change due to production progress, testing adjustments, or regional logistics restrictions.

Aqara will make reasonable efforts to fulfill delivery within a reasonable time frame, but specific delivery dates are not guaranteed. You agree not to hold Aqara liable for any damages caused by delivery delays that are not due to Aqara's intentional or grossly negligent acts.

The total number of experience qualifications for this Early Access program is limited to 100 units. Eligibility is granted to users who successfully register through the designated Aqara Forum activity, and the list of eligible users will be provided to Aqara Store. Selection is NOT on a first-come, first-served basis; we will select users who demonstrate thoughtful and creative ideas regarding the product's use. Aqara reserves the right to verify user eligibility, select appropriate users, and cancel invalid orders (including but not limited to duplicate registrations or registrations with false information). The qualification is for personal use by the registrant only and may not be transferred or resold.

Due to the special nature of the Early Access program, the following terms apply:

1.This Early Access qualification is NOT eligible for the 30-day money-back guarantee or any return/refund policy based on arbitrary reasons, except in cases of severe manufacturing defects (the product is completely unusable) or Dead on Arrival (DOA, product fails to power on or function at all upon receipt).

2.Aqara will not accept refund requests based on failure to meet user expectations, functional changes, personal preferences, or dissatisfaction with product performance (that does not constitute a severe manufacturing defect).

3.If the product has quality issues that materially affect basic functions (excluding unfinished features, minor bugs, or instability described in the "Product Stability and Known Limitations" section), you must contact Aqara customer support within 7 calendar days of receipt, provide valid proof (including but not limited to product photos, video evidence, and order information), and follow the after-sales process specified by customer support. Failure to report within the specified time frame will be deemed as acceptance of the product’s condition, and no refund or replacement will be provided.

4.Returns or refunds will only be processed after Aqara verifies the validity of the claim. In case of an approved refund, the refund amount will be limited to the actual amount paid by you (USD 29.99 or equivalent local currency), and no additional compensation (including but not limited to shipping fees, handling fees, or other indirect losses) will be provided.

1.Participants must be registered users of the Aqara Forum and meet the age requirement (18 years old or above, or the legal age of majority in your country/region).

2.Registration must be completed through the designated activity page in the Aqara Forum. Each eligible user is limited to one registration and one experience qualification; duplicate registrations will be deemed invalid.

3.Aqara reserves the right to verify the authenticity of user registration information and eligibility. If a user is found to have provided false information, engaged in fraudulent registration, or violated community rules, Aqara reserves the right to cancel their experience qualification and refuse to provide a refund.

4.The Aqara Store checkout account must be consistent with the account information used for the Aqara Forum registration. If the order information does not match the registration eligibility, Aqara reserves the right to unilaterally cancel the order and issue a refund.

1.To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Aqara shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages (including but not limited to loss of profits, data loss, or damage to personal property) arising from the use or inability to use the Early Access product, whether based on contract, tort, negligence, or other legal theories.

2.Aqara's total liability for any claims arising from this Early Access program (whether based on contract, tort, or otherwise) shall not exceed the actual amount paid by you for the experience qualification (USD 29.99 or equivalent local currency).

3.Aqara shall not be liable for any damages caused by force majeure (including but not limited to natural disasters, wars, government regulations, logistics disruptions) or events beyond Aqara's reasonable control.

2. Aqara reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any modifications will be notified through the Aqara Forum or Aqara Store. Your continued use of the Early Access product after the modification shall constitute acceptance of the revised terms.
3. These terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Aqara Store business is registered, excluding conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation between you and Aqara. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent court of the jurisdiction where Aqara Store business is registered for resolution.
4. If any provision of these terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
