Order Processing & Estimated Delivery Time

Order Processing Time:
Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days after the order is placed (excluding weekends and U.S. public holidays).

Orders Placed on Weekends or Holidays:
Orders placed on weekends or U.S. public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Estimated Delivery Time:
Once shipped, orders are generally delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on the destination and carrier performance.

Please note that all delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond Aqara’s control, including carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak shipping periods.

 


 

Order Modifications Before Shipment

Customers may request modifications to their order before the order has been shipped.

Supported modification requests (before shipment only):

l Shipping address

l Product quantity

l Product color or variant

l Order cancellation

Important Notes:

l Modification requests must be submitted within 12 hours of placing the order.

l Once the order has been shipped or handed over to the carrier, no changes or cancellations can be made.

l Aqara is unable to intercept, recall, or redirect packages once they are in transit.

Address Restrictions

Shipments can only be delivered to valid street addresses.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO / FPO military addresses.

 


 

Carrier Selection

Aqara selects the most suitable carrier based on:

l Warehouse location

l Delivery destination

l Service efficiency

Carrier selection is determined by Aqara, and requests for specific carriers cannot be accommodated.

 


 

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking number(s) once your order has shipped.

Tracking information is typically updated within 48 hours after shipment.

If tracking information has not updated within 10 business days, please contact contact@aqara.com.

You may also track your order via the Order Tracking page using your order number, email address, or tracking number.

 


 

Multiple-Item Orders

We strive to deliver all items in a single shipment whenever possible.
However, orders containing multiple products may be shipped separately due to:

l Warehouse availability

l Product-specific shipping requirements

Each shipment will have its own tracking notification once dispatched.

 


 

Incorrect, Damaged, or Lost Shipments

If you receive an item different from your order, please contact contact@aqara.com. We will assist you with a replacement or resolution.

Damaged Items

If an item is damaged during shipping, please contact Aqara Support within 7 business days and retain the following:

l Original packaging

l Shipping carton

l Photos of the damaged product(s)

 


 

Shipping Responsibility & Claims Assistance

Aqara will make reasonable efforts to ensure your order is delivered safely and on time.

If your order is lost, damaged, or significantly delayed in transit, please contact us promptly. We will assist you, where applicable, by:

l Communicating with the carrier to investigate shipment status;

l Assisting with carrier or shipping insurance claims where applicable.

Please note:

l Aqara does not assume direct liability for losses, damages, or delays caused by the carrier.

l Final responsibility and compensation are determined by the carrier’s policies and any applicable insurance coverage.

 


 

Responsibility for Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.

If an incorrect or incomplete address results in:

l Delivery failure

l Package loss

l Inability to recover the package

Aqara will not replace the order or issue a refund.
